Where do you ship from?

We ship allorders for our Canadian store from our warehouse in Brampton, Ontario.

Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?

We utilize an automated system in our warehouse for lightning-fast shipping and delivery. This system processes and ships orders immediately upon receipt, ensuring speedy service. Please note that once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible. While we strive to accommodate such requests, we cannot guarantee them. Thank you for your understanding.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped (usually 24-48 business hours after placing the order), you will receive an email with the tracking details.

What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Master card, Visa and American Express. You can also choose to pay via express checkout options including PayPal, ShopPay, GPay and ApplePay.

The product I want is out of stock, what can I do?

If you want to purchase a product that is out of stock on our website, please email us at sales@journeyofficial.com with the product details and we we will notify you once it is back in stock.
